Being Promoted within the fleet is simple. Just being a member gets you promoted. After so long you get promoted. Below is how long you must be in the fleet to get promoted. The max rank anyone either than certain people is Senior Officer. It's nothing personal, it's just trying to be fair.

1. Recruit - 1 week
2. Member - 1 week
3. Sergant - 1 week
4. Junior Officer - 2 Weeks
5. Officer - 2 Weeks
6. Senior Officer- 2 weeks
7. Leader - Certain People. If you help with the fleet enough I'll check with the other Leaders and see about making you one.

Not counting with the Leader rank that's about 3 months from the time you join to become a Senior Officer.

Being Demoted is of course being a jerk to your fellow member (and if I get some message of you being a jerk to others outside the fleet) No one likes a jerk! Of course keep up bad behavior and I'll discuss with the others about kicking you out and making sure you don't come back.

There is another method of being demoted is not as dishonorable: occasionally you MIGHT get accidentally promoted (this has nothing to do with behavior just a simple mistake on our part) so I might demote you back to where you should be. This will not affect your being promoted time.
